 To get free from the shame that was never ours to begin with. To help unwind the too tight stories about our bodies and desires that keep us thinking, “there’s got to be more to all of this….”

I know what it feels like to try to play along with convention. To take on the social, familial and religious narratives that warn us about being “too much.” The ones that shame us into believing there is something wrong with us if we stray too far out of bounds.

Luckily I’ve always been a bit of a rebel. Playful. Endlessly curious. And hungry to experience all that I can while I’m in this body, and on this Earth.

In 2010, I stumbled into a rope workshop - and while it was on a bit of a whim, having rope on my body was a surprising moment of surrender. Contrary to what I previously thought about kink, the experience was like a beautiful ceremony of witness and attunement. It made way for a subtle transformation, just in stretching beyond the story of who I thought I was.  That experience cracked the door open for me…

In the years to follow, I found my mentors and guides and began training on the path of Eros. I pushed my edges, confronted my stories… and shadows. I found the profound teachings of Zen. Began learning the art of Dominance and submission (D/s) as a pathway for healing, catharsis… and fun. I learned how play, pain, and pleasure can weave together into something sacred, something that sneaks past shame and lands us closer to freedom. Today, I create ceremonies for the senses —spaces where the hidden places of aliveness get to wake up and breathe. For those who want to study, I offer mentorship and longer arcs of practice, building skill, nuance, and erotic repertoire.
